Drivers
- Class "A" Driver License Required
- Minimum 18 months experience
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Good Customer Service Skills
Inside and Outside Sales Positions in both International and Domestic Departments:
Call on current customers and prospective customers. Must have the ability to quote shipments and work with the inside sales force, take orders, and track shipments. We are also looking for someone to grow new territories. We are offering a competitive salary with benefits. Must be able to work in a fast paced enviroment.
- Generate new and repeat sales / have the ability to find new leads
- Support outside sales / generate new opportunities
- Ability to communicate to the customer in person at company events or outings
- Proactively recommend different services to the customer / ability to up-sell.
- Customer follow-up / feedback on lost business
- Remain current on industry trends and communicate those trends to the customer.
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills
- Ability to work within a team structure
- Can accurately take customer orders and enter them into transportation software
- Can accurately take customer information for quotes and enter them into transportation software
- With training, can take quote request to final stages and send to customer
- Can handle customer complaints and work through them
- Monitor scheduled shipments
- Set up and maintain prospects and customers in an ACT Database
- Monitor customer A/R
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to multitask
